Refund & Return Policy
NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS: All sells are final. We are unable to refund purchases due to incorrect size, color, or style. This is why we prefer to assist our customers with a LIVE AGENT to avoid errors in the ordering process. We advise our customers to take accurate measurements before calling to place their orders so that our agents can help determine appropriate sizes based on the size charts provided by our designers.
AUTHORIZED RETURNS: If you wish to return any items for any reason, you must contact us within 7 days of the receipt of goods. No returns accepted beyond 7 days from the receipt of goods. You must obtain a Return Number by contacting us. Please DO NOT send back any items without contacting us first. Doing so may delay the return process, or may cause your return to be denied altogether. All items must be in it's original, unworn condition with all of the original tags still attached in order to be eligible for return. No items will be accepted for return having the smell of fragrances, deodorant, smoke, etc.
IN-HOUSE CREDIT & RESTOCKING FEE: Although refunds are not granted, we will issue an In-House Credit for all authorized returns. Each returned item will accrue a 25% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your credited amount.
