Welcome to Word of Faith Christian Academy (WFCA)


Please contact our Admissions Office to begin the registration process for the 2019-2020 academic school year.

ADMISSIONS CHECKLIST

Please use the checklist below to help prepare for your child's enrollment:

 

  1. Completed Enrollment Application

  2. Registration Fee $75.00 (non-refundable)

  3. Student's most recent report card or interim report                         

  4. Student's transcript

  5. IEP Documentation (Individualized Education Program), if applicable

  6. Student's Birth Certificate

  7. Updated Florida Health Examination (Form DH3040)

  8. Updated Florida Certificate of Immunization (Form DH680)

  9. Copy of Scholarship award letter (if applicable)
