Apostle Eunice Tucker is one of fourteen children born to the late Andrew Elder and Luecretia Elder on April 20, 1945.  She received her education in the county of Georgetown, South Carolina. She was a member of Mt Carmel Missionary Baptist Church before relocating to New Haven, Connecticut in 1963 where she joined Union Temple Freewill Baptist Church, under the leadership of the Late Dr. Herman Epps, who taught her that God will answer prayer.

Apostle Tucker was united in Holy matrimony to the love of her life, Mr. James Tucker, and together they were blessed with two children,

Bernadette Tucker and DeCarlo Tucker (now deceased).  The Lord blessed her with another son, Jonathan Elder and Antrum Coston, seven grandchildren Andrea, Andrew, Alethia, Tyler, twin grand boys Jahlil and Jaequise, and T’Ray Smart who calls her grandma, and a son-in-law Andrew Kevin Moore Sr.  >
